A community has several doors, not one: vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, the clubhouse, pool, gym, package rooms, and sometimes a staff office. Each group needs different hours — residents, guests, contractors, landscapers, and delivery drivers.
Media Nexus designs access control for HOA boards and property managers. Typical points include gate operators, pedestrian entries, amenity buildings, and service corridors. Credentials can be cards, remotes, or mobile phones. Visitor codes and time-limited access reduce the “one code everyone shares” problem.
The system should be simple for a management company to run: add or remove a resident, expire a vendor credential, and see a log when something goes wrong at the gate. We coordinate readers, gate hardware, and (when needed) cameras so the entrance is controlled without turning the community into a checkpoint.
This is commercial property work — serving the association and the management company — not a single-home install.
